If required, selected candidates must pass pre-employment screenings to include all or a combination of drug, criminal, motor vehicle check, physical requirements and FMSCA Clearinghouse **Physical Requirements** ------------------------- **Job Purpose:** Responsible for supporting and coordinating warehousing operations, ensuring inventory reliability, operational quality, and the development of tools that optimize decision-making in the storage sector of effective storage. **Main Responsibilities:** * Monitor the flow of grain receiving, drying, cleaning, storage, and dispatch, ensuring achievement of operational targets and quality standards. * Support scheduling of loading and unloading operations, optimizing silo occupancy and truck and railcar traffic flow. * Monitor operational indicators: productivity, volumes, losses, cycle times, and equipment performance. * Track grain movements between facilities, warehouses, and ports (Itaqui, Santos, etc.). * Support management in harvest planning, capacity, and operational budgeting. * Ensure compliance with safety, EHS, and food safety regulations. * Participate in internal and external audits.
