Propose adjustments to policies considering regional characteristics of the entity, such as the Cooperative's risk appetite, member profiles, regional economic profile, geographic characteristics, regional legislation, among others; * Approve credit disbursements individually or collectively within the limits established by Sicredi's Credit Policy and the Cooperative's specialized Credit Policies; * Propose and facilitate training and technical development actions for activities and products within the Credit Cycle and for the sustainability of the credit portfolio; * Be responsible for producing management reports focused on the development and management of the credit portfolio, technically analyzing indicators and regional market analysis. Periodically report analyses and reports to committees and governing bodies of the Cooperative, aiming at sustainable business development. Control the budgetary process regarding credit-related information and figures, supporting actions to achieve budgeted results; * Understand technical concepts and ensure the use of statistical models in credit cycle management processes; * Request and manage directed credit resources. Support the sales area in directed products to promote business. Guide/Supervise the team in contracting directed credit operations. Monitor rural credit inspections and BNDES. Verify inspection systems, request visit reports and check compliance with manuals and regulations; * Support the sales area in credit products, aiming to enhance business.
