All applications must be submitted exclusively through our official channels. **Responsibilities and Duties** **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Ensure efficient execution of daily underground mine operations, including drilling, blasting, loading, and hauling. * Monitor and analyze operational KPIs (production, costs, equipment productivity) and identify improvement opportunities. * Conduct field technical inspections and propose corrective and preventive actions to optimize processes and ensure safety. * Monitor and size the operational fleet (loading, hauling, and infrastructure equipment) to meet production targets. * Prepare managerial operational performance reports to support data-driven decision-making. * Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and occupational health regulations (Brazilian NRs and company policies). * Collaborate with Maintenance, Geology, and Geotechnical teams to resolve operational bottlenecks and prevent production interruptions. * Support contractor management, measurement, and control of operational costs (OPEX). * Implement continuous improvement practices in production processes to increase efficiency and reduce costs. * Prepare technical and operational managerial performance reports; * Perform demand calculations and develop parameters for various scenarios, selecting optimal alternatives. * Ensure sustainability of the operational model in mine activities. * Manage operational resources (equipment, labor, and consumables) to achieve production targets efficiently and at competitive cost. * Implement technical improvements in production processes, ensuring productivity gains and waste reduction. * Identify and test new technologies applicable to operations, aiming to optimize field performance and safety. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Prerequisites and Qualifications:** * Completed degree in Mining Engineering. * Active CREA registration. * Experience in underground mine operations (gold mining preferred). * Knowledge of mineral management systems (SAP, Deswik, Surpac) and data analysis tools (Advanced Excel, Power BI). * Willingness to work in the interior of Mato Grosso. * Intermediate English proficiency desirable. **Additional Information** * Competitive salary * Profit Sharing Plan (PLR) * Private Pension Plan * Health Insurance * Dental Insurance * Life Insurance * On-site meals (at units) * Meal Voucher (at offices) * Food Allowance * Transportation * Quality of Life Program * Gympass – Wellhub * Extended Maternity and Paternity Leave (Citizen Company) * Club Membership Agreement \- may vary by location * Eyeglass Purchase Assistance for family members #### **We are ERO, one of Brazil’s leading copper and gold producers.** **We are part of a global group headquartered in Canada with a strong presence in Brazil.
