Teamwork and organization **Job Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** Rotating shift \| 44 hours/week **Level:** Not specified **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Produce bread, snacks, cakes, and desserts according to quality standards and good manufacturing practices; * Produce all varieties of bread, snacks, cakes, and desserts, overseeing the entire process of preparation, storage, and baking according to recipe and quality standards; * Train and guide assistants in their tasks according to departmental standards and procedures; * Assist with cleaning machines, equipment, and other departmental items as needed; * Be responsible for preparation, storage, and baking processes according to recipe standards; * Be responsible for fulfilling custom product orders according to customer requests and company standards; * Assist with other department/store activities as needed and per supervisor instructions. **Requirements:** * Completed High School education * Prior experience in this role; * Organization and teamwork; * **AFFIRMATIVE ACTION POSITION \- AVAILABLE FOR PWDs.** **Work Location:** Downtown \- Sinop/MT **Benefits:** On-site snacks, Health Insurance Plan, Performance Bonus, Life Insurance, Meal Voucher
