While we work to integrate our job opportunities, candidates are encouraged to explore openings posted under both Bunge and Viterra. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Perform services on low- and medium-voltage electrical networks, including predictive, preventive, and corrective maintenance; replace worn parts and components; connect and disconnect circuits; carry out repairs; and inspect and diagnose issues with machines and equipment. * Conduct tests and repairs on electrical components of machines and equipment; repair internal electrical networks and electrical parts of machines, switches, and power distribution boxes; perform required adjustments; and measure and test various system elements using voltmeters, ammeters, extractors, adapters, soldering tools, and other resources. * Carry out inspection and maintenance services on machines, equipment, automation systems, instrumentation loops, or instrument calibration, in accordance with predefined standards. * Interpret and analyze drawings and sketches to identify required activities for performing electrical maintenance services. * Identify defects and/or abnormalities in electrical and/or electronic controls and circuits through inspections and examinations, investigating root causes by interfacing with users and applying standardized techniques and procedures. * Perform installation, repair, and adjustment of electrical systems in equipment and facilities, following pre-defined activity plans and established standards and procedures. * Support project execution by monitoring and assisting third-party construction and service activities. * Develop tests to validate repairs of equipment, controls, and circuits, and make necessary adjustments to resolve problems and deviations. * Complete daily work reports, recording data, incidents, and information about performed tasks, documenting the nature of interventions and materials used. * Ensure proper maintenance and cleanliness of assigned areas by complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) and HACCP plan requirements, and adhering to Occupational Safety procedures. * Maintain cleanliness, organization of the workplace, and proper care of tools and equipment, keeping them organized and clean for reuse when needed, in compliance with applicable regulations and procedures. * Safeguard the physical integrity and safety of personnel, machines, and equipment within the assigned area by observing and complying with occupational safety regulations. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures by attending seminars and training sessions, using personal protective equipment (PPE), and properly operating machines and equipment, among other requirements. * Comply with Environmental and Quality procedures and standards, respecting and following established technical norms and specifications. * Participate actively — if assigned to the Food Safety Team (FST) — in mandatory, role-specific Food Safety training; attend meetings; review the HACCP study; complete training; and fulfill all other defined responsibilities, while promoting and encouraging all food safety practices among fellow employees. * Report food safety and quality management system issues to designated personnel (QFS Manager and/or immediate leadership and/or Plant Management), and also register such issues in the company’s designated tool. **Required Experience and Knowledge:** * Education: Technical degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields; * Availability to work rotating shifts; * Industrial experience preferred. **Also See Our Benefits:** * Medical and Dental Assistance * + Meal Allowance (On-site cafeteria OR meal voucher) * Private Pension Plan (BungePrev plan with employer contribution) * Life Insurance * + Transportation Allowance (Transportation voucher OR parking OR shuttle service) * Pharmacy Benefit Program * Childcare Assistance (For female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months old) * PLR — Profit Sharing and Results Program (Subject to achievement of goals and results) * “Count on Us” Program — Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters. * Partnerships with TotalPass (Gym), MMB Club (Individual insurance), Dell, as well as universities and language schools. * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. * Benefits may vary depending on job location.
