The corporate headquarters is located in Palmas \- TO and operates in the regions of Maranhão, Tocantins, Piauí, and Bahia. **Responsibilities:** * + Conduct visits to potential customers for product commercialization within your unit; + Conduct visits to existing customers for product commercialization and origination, as well as for identifying business opportunities; + Monitor market conditions and competitor behavior to support the definition of the company’s commercial strategy; + Monitor the grain market, as well as customers and suppliers, on a seasonal basis; + Track price fluctuations through analysis of economic indicators, quotations, competitive benchmarks, and market assessments; + Manage supply and demand for future negotiations; + Collect executed business contracts, with signatures and notarized seals; + Conduct visits to existing customers to strengthen relationships and monitor grain development, intervening directly when necessary; + Control the execution and completion of operational processes related to your activities through supplier follow\-up and problem resolution, ensuring effective achievement of procurement targets; + Contribute to improving supplier service levels by evaluating suppliers, monitoring issues, and following up on solutions, thereby strengthening the company’s relationships with them; + Monitor purchase orders through periodic supplier visits to ensure timely delivery; + Prepare spreadsheets and reports for analysis and approval of procurement processes, consolidating data and information, performing follow\-up, and resolving discrepancies in receipt and supply, for presentation to the CEO; + Comply with quality management systems requirements, occupational health and safety standards adopted by the organization, as well as the Code of Ethics and Conduct, respecting the guidelines of the diversity policy; + Perform other duties inherent to the position or as directed by your immediate supervisor, provided you are qualified and such duties align with your knowledge and experience. **Required Qualifications:** * + Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Agricultural Technician, or related fields; + Willingness to travel; + Valid driver’s license, Category B; + Solid experience driving on highways; + Strong knowledge of grain commercialization and origination. **Benefits** * Medical assistance * Dental assistance * Apoio Pass * WellHub * Profit or Results Sharing Program * Private pension plan * Life insurance * Meal allowance
