Conduct moisture, impurity, and other analyses. Store soybean samples. Operate low\-complexity unloading and storage equipment. Monitor product dispatch. Participate in inspection of grain transport vehicles. Feed the furnace with firewood or other specified material. Clean the area, machines, and equipment. * Support grain classification by collecting samples from trucks and entering classification data into internal systems to generate specific reports per internal procedures. * Conduct moisture, impurity, and other analyses, entering classification results via the LABS system and manual internal controls. * Store soybean samples and notify immediate supervisor of any samples falling outside the company's pre\-established standards. * Operate low\-complexity unloading and storage equipment, as well as perform grain pre\-cleaning. * Monitor product dispatch to internal units or ports, verifying quality until dispatch and upon arrival at destination. * Participate in inspection of grain transport vehicles to verify proper storage conditions for the product type, ensuring a product free from contamination (chemical, physical, or biological), per established norms and procedures. * Feed the furnace with firewood or other specified material for the drying process. * Clean the area, machines, and equipment, maintaining an organized, hygienic, and clean workplace. * Comply with Occupational Safety procedures, including attending seminars and training sessions, using PPE correctly, and handling machinery and equipment safely. * Comply with Environmental and Quality standards, respecting and following established standards and/or technical regulations. * Fulfill responsibilities under the Food Safety and Quality Management System, meeting requirements, attending training sessions, reporting observed issues, adhering to Good Manufacturing, Transportation, and Storage Practices, 5S, operational procedures, and the management system. * Understand and support the Food Safety and Quality Policy, as well as established KPIs. * Actively participate in Food Safety Team (FST) meetings, HACCP study reviews, training sessions, and other defined responsibilities; encourage and promote all Food Safety practices among colleagues, if assigned to the Food Safety Team. * Monitor Critical Control Points (CCPs) and Process Preventive Risk Points (PPROs) as scheduled; immediately alert leadership and ensure prompt corrective action in case of deviations. * Follow defined protocols and remain independent during the process—do not report to immediate supervisor—if responsible for collecting products for GMP\+ scope analyses. * Utilize online quality parameter measurement data; where such data is unavailable, collect representative samples for laboratory analysis to support process control and improvement and product quality. **Requirements:****Availability to work rotating shifts and schedules;** **Completed high school education;** **Experience in classification, operations, or both.** **Also see our benefits:** * Medical and dental assistance + Meal allowance (on\-site cafeteria or meal voucher) * Private pension plan (BungePrev plan with employer contribution) * Life insurance + Transportation allowance (commuter pass, parking, or shuttle service) * Pharmacy benefits * Daycare assistance (for female employees with children up to 5 years and 11 months) * Variable compensation * "Count on Us" Program \- Personal guidance and support program for employees and dependents, delivered by specialized professionals to assist with psychological, social, or emotional matters. * Partnerships with TotalPass (gyms), MMB Club (individual insurance), Dell, universities, and language schools. * Annual incentives such as toys and Christmas baskets. * Benefits may vary depending on job location. **Work Location:** Ouro Verde/Bahia **Work Model:** On\-site At Bunge, our mission is to connect farmers to consumers to deliver essential food, animal nutrition ingredients, and fuel to the world.
