Job Summary: A professional responsible for installing, operating, and maintaining telecommunications systems and devices, providing technical support and repairing internet, TV, and telephony networks. Fault repair and cable/equipment installation This professional is responsible for the installation, operation, and preventive/corrective maintenance of telecommunications systems and devices. They are qualified to install and repair internet, TV, telephony, and other related networks and equipment. They provide on-site technical support for customer and company equipment, perform fault repairs, cable and equipment installation, in compliance with quality, health, safety, and environmental protection standards and strategies. * Install, maintain, and repair internal and external fiber-optic networks. * Install cables and equipment on utility poles, buildings, rooftops, ceilings, and towers, following technical and safety standards. * Respond to customer service orders, adhering to scheduled appointments and deadlines. * Perform technical diagnostics, identify faults, and implement corrections on networks and equipment. * Install and configure broadband internet, TV, and other services offered by the company. * Create user access accounts and configure networks according to technical standards. * Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on company and customer equipment. * Provide on-site technical support, clarifying doubts and presenting appropriate solutions to customers. * Record and close service requests with clear and objective information in internal systems. * Use corporate and operational tools and systems in accordance with internal norms and procedures. * Operate company vehicles for travel and external service delivery. * Strictly comply with quality, occupational safety, PPE usage, and environmental guidelines. * Perform other duties related to the position as directed by the immediate supervisor.
