Job Summary: Experienced professional in civil construction, responsible for building and repairing structures, performing maintenance, and controlling materials to ensure quality and safety. Technical support for procurement and material control Description: * Completed elementary education; * Minimum 3 years of experience in the role; * Advanced knowledge of masonry and civil plumbing; * Basic knowledge of residential electrical systems. * Review project plans and specifications for construction or repair work to guide material selection for requested services. * Provide technical support for purchasing construction materials, recommending them to the immediate supervisor according to project specifications for new construction or renovation, aiming to optimize costs and ensure final service quality. * Monitor construction material usage, guiding the team to avoid waste and ensure appropriate quantities for executed tasks. * Build and/or renovate civil works, preparing materials and measuring quantities, laying foundations, installing bricks, concrete, tiles, stones, plaster, etc., as well as performing finishing work (flooring, tiling, sinks, toilets, plaster application, etc.), in accordance with civil construction project plans, aiming for high-quality and precise execution. * Perform simple repairs on electrical panels, showers, outlets, light bulbs, and similar structures. * Perform corrective maintenance on buildings, sidewalks, and similar structures, repairing walls and floors, applying plaster, replacing roof tiles, sanitary fixtures, and other accessories, aiming to maintain company property conditions. * Perform and assist the maintenance team at pump houses in general, carrying out all types of hydraulic, electrical, and civil repairs. * Complete the daily area report, recording shift start and end times as well as tasks performed, to support daily scheduling control. * Conduct daily checklists for machines and equipment used, verifying their condition and reporting any malfunctions to the immediate supervisor to ensure proper area operation. * Ensure area cleanliness and maintenance by removing waste and disposing of materials in designated locations, maintaining a suitable workplace for daily activities. Follow area safety recommendations and wear Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to safeguard against occupational health and safety hazards. * 2511190202461876384
