Values organization and communication **Main Activities and Responsibilities:** **Electrical and Hydraulic Maintenance:** Replacing light bulbs, ballasts, outlets; repairing leaks; unclogging drains; cleaning floor drains; and maintaining water pumps. **Civil Repairs (Masonry/Painting):** Wall painting; minor masonry repairs; crack repairs; waterproofing; glass replacement; and repairs to floors and wall coverings. **Carpentry and Cabinetmaking:** Adjustments to doors, windows, locks, hinges, and furniture. **Preventive and Corrective Maintenance:** Performing preventive routines; identifying failures; executing emergency repairs; and conducting regular inspections to prevent downtime. **Safety and Organization:** Ensuring proper tool organization; managing material inventory; and complying with technical safety standards (PPE) and environmental regulations.
