Job Summary: Professional responsible for developing, controlling, and optimizing preventive and corrective maintenance plans for vehicles and agricultural machinery, aiming to improve efficiency and extend fleet service life. Contribution to reduction of maintenance costs Develop preventive and corrective maintenance plans in collaboration with the immediate supervisor, identifying best practices and implementing performance evaluation tools. Control maintenance processes for vehicles, equipment, and agricultural machinery, monitoring, suggesting, and guiding procedures to ensure proper operation and extend the company's fleet service life. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Control preventive and corrective maintenance processes for vehicles, equipment, and agricultural machinery, monitoring, suggesting, and guiding procedures to ensure effective execution, timely completion, efficiency, and adherence to expected cost standards; * Contribute to the performance of machines, equipment, and vehicles in the company's fleet, as well as to the reduction of maintenance costs, by analyzing root causes of interruptions and intervention requirements to extend the company's fleet service life; * Update maintenance data using a dedicated system to facilitate access to service history records for the department; * Generate maintenance reports using a dedicated system to monitor departmental performance and provide data for management meetings; * Comply with the SSMA (Safety, Health, and Environment) policy, following company procedures and practices to meet applicable legal requirements, reduce waste, and minimize generation of waste, effluents, and atmospheric emissions; * Follow area-specific safety recommendations and use Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) to safeguard against occupational health and safety risks and threats; * Maintain cleanliness and order in the work area, adhering to established guidelines and procedures to ensure suitable working conditions for daily activities. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Technical education in a relevant field; * Knowledge and experience in the Maintenance area. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * Pharmacy Card; * Transportation (Routes: Goiás – Posse, Alvorada, Buritinópolis, Damianópolis, and Mambai\- GO; Bahia – Carinhanha to Cocos); * Shared accommodation; * Gym access; * Meals; * Life insurance; **Partnerships:** * University tuition agreements; * Dental clinics in the Cocos\- BA and Mambai \- GO regions. #### **Founded in 2000 but with origins dating back to 1976, Santa Colomba is a Brazilian agricultural company focused on large-scale production with high mechanization potential.
