




Job Summary: Operational professional responsible for cleaning and maintaining internal and external areas of the cafeteria, sanitizing utensils, and organizing materials. Key Highlights: 1. Participate in training sessions to update procedures **Description and Responsibilities:** **Schedule:** 44 hours per week **Level:** Operational **Employment Type:** Permanent – CLT * Clean and maintain internal and external cafeteria areas, including floors, walls, windows, furniture, and equipment; * Sanitize kitchen utensils such as plates, cutlery, glasses, and pots, ensuring they are ready for use; * Collect and dispose of waste appropriately, following established safety and hygiene regulations; * Assist in organizing and restocking cleaning and hygiene supplies, keeping inventory updated; * Collaborate with the cafeteria team on various tasks, such as arranging tables and chairs, as needed; * Clean restrooms and common areas, ensuring they are always in suitable condition for use; * Follow occupational safety regulations and wear company-provided personal protective equipment (PPE); * Participate in periodic training sessions and meetings to update cleaning procedures and standards; * Contribute to a clean, safe, and organized work environment, promoting employee satisfaction. **Requirements:** * Completed elementary education; * Prior experience in a cleaning assistant role; * Basic knowledge of hygiene and cleaning; * Ability to work effectively in a team; * Flexibility to work varied shifts; * Willingness to reside on a farm. **This position is also open to persons with disabilities (PwD).** **Benefits:** Accommodation, Medical Assistance, Mobility Allowance, Profit-Sharing Program \- PPR, On-site Meals, Life Insurance
