Operate and maintain the power generator, performing medium-complexity technical tasks related to maintenance and calibration of industrial instruments, interpretation of engineering drawings, electrical diagrams, and process flowcharts, aiming to ensure full productivity of the unit. **Responsibilities and Duties** Safely operate and shut down the steam turbine in accordance with established procedures; Operate circuit breakers to ensure safe electrical distribution; Clean oil filters and the air-adiabatic system to maintain efficiency; Read and interpret technical drawings and diagrams for maintenance and operation; Comply with safety, health, and environmental regulations, using mandatory personal protective equipment (PPE); Act in alignment with company values and policies, maintaining confidentiality and focus on goals; Maintain organization and cleanliness according to the 5S program; Safeguard company assets by reporting failures or damages; Operate and maintain the compressed air system in accordance with technical procedures; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on operational systems; Carry out calibration and maintenance of industrial instruments to ensure accuracy. **Requirements and Qualifications** Technical degree in Electricity and/or related fields; **Additional Information** Meal voucher; Health insurance plan (Unimed); Dental insurance plan; Transportation shuttle; Profit-sharing program (PPR); Gympass; Orienteme; Galena; On-site meals.
