Completed High School or Technical Degree in Production **Job Description** Assist in Forest Operations to ensure wood supply. **Responsibilities and Duties:** * Assist in assigning tasks to other team members. * Assist in harvesting and forest transportation activities to meet targets as per planning. * Assist in monitoring service providers' operations. * Assist in executing the Microplanning for Harvesting and Forest Transportation. * Assist in conducting the Forest Inventory. * Measure eucalyptus log stock on farms. * Assist in production control of forest harvesting machinery. * Conduct moisture testing of eucalyptus logs in the field, per company procedure. * Comply with all occupational health and safety rules, guidelines, instructions, and/or procedures, and correctly use personal protective equipment (PPE) provided by the company. * Adhere to company policies, rules, code of conduct, and all internal procedures applicable to the position (quality, environment, safety, human resources, and operational procedures within the area of responsibility), and participate in internal and/or external training sessions requested by the company. * Perform related and inherent duties of the position. * Pursue continuous improvement of the processes involved in the role. **Requirements and Qualifications:** Completed High School or Technical Degree in Production Minimum Education Level: Technical Course * Meal allowance * Life insurance * Gympass (Wellhub) * Commuter bus * Medical assistance * Dental assistance
