




Job Summary: Opportunity to work in the transportation area, assisting with administrative routines, documentation, delivery scheduling, and vehicle tracking. Key Highlights: 1. Assistance with transportation routines and tax documentation 2. Support in scheduling deliveries and defining routes 3. Control and organization of documentation for audits Main Responsibilities: * Assist in consolidating, issuing, verifying, and closing CTEs, manifests, collection orders, driver contracts, and other transportation documents. * Support delivery scheduling and route definition (weight, volume, priority, and destination). * Issue picking lists for order separation and prepare loading documents. * Schedule deliveries and record incidents in the system (including tax pending items and customer communication). * Monitor vehicle positioning (for pickups and deliveries) and assist in releasing vehicles for trips. * Send EDI files and arrival records of transfer vehicles. * Provide invoices and labels to the warehouse for unloading. * Assist in scheduling pickups and reverse logistics. * Maintain control and organization of departmental documentation, ensuring compliance for audits (PGR and SGI). * Update control spreadsheets and support other administrative routines within the department. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields is preferred). * Knowledge of transportation routines and tax documentation (CTE, Manifest, Invoice). * Familiarity with management systems and Microsoft Office Suite. * Organizational skills, attention to detail, and strong communication abilities. **Preferred Qualifications:** * Prior experience in a freight forwarding company or logistics department.
