All our positions are open to persons with disabilities (PwD) **Responsibilities and Duties** * Lead the team by guiding and training according to standard operating procedures; * Participate in developing new procedures, analyzing area incidents, and aligning procedures with other managers from donor acquisition areas; * Manage the expense budget by monitoring variances and creating Action Plans to correct distortions and/or anomalies; * Serve as the "guardian" of safety and accident prevention practices within your team, ensuring all comply with regulations and use PPE; * Monitor departmental staffing needs to ensure workforce levels match monthly requirements (e.g., vacations, leaves, resignations, etc.); * Be the "owner" of the logistics process at the Distribution Center (DC), enforcing regulations and procedures, managing DC productivity, and proposing and implementing purposeful actions to guarantee timely merchandise dispatches and excellence in customer service; * Propose and implement changes aimed at improving operational and DC management processes. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed Bachelor’s degree in Logistics or related fields; * Intermediate-level Microsoft Office Suite; * Prior experience in people management, policies, and processes; * Solid experience in logistics operations. **Additional Information** **Benefits:** * PDS (Superior Performance Bonus); * Partnerships and Agreements (SESC, universities, restaurants, leisure, culture, etc.); * Development/Educational Platform and Development Programs; * Pregnancy Program; * Health and Wellness Program; * Medical Assistance; * Dental Assistance; * Life Insurance; * Meal/Voucher Allowance; * TotalPass **Schedule**: 6:00 PM to 3:16 AM\.
