**Position Summary:**
Responsible for executing quotation, bidding, negotiation, and procurement processes for products, ensuring the company’s adequate supply with emphasis on quality, cost-effectiveness, and delivery timelines. Engages in purchasing food, hygiene and cleaning materials, office supplies, and other necessary operational supplies.
**Key Responsibilities:**
* Conduct quotations and negotiations with suppliers of food, hygiene and cleaning materials, office supplies, and general supplies;
* Issue purchase orders and monitor the entire process through final delivery; Public tenders
* Develop and maintain supplier relationships to secure better commercial terms;
* Analyze prices, delivery timelines, quality, and payment terms;
* Monitor inventory levels jointly with the logistics/warehouse department;
* Ensure adherence to delivery deadlines and resolution of discrepancies;
* Register and update suppliers and products;
* Track market trends and price fluctuations;
* Support cost reduction and procurement process optimization;
* Ensure compliance with internal policies and sanitary regulations (especially for food).
**Requirements:**
* Completed high school education (a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or related fields is preferred);
* Prior experience in this role, preferably within the food or distribution sector;
* Knowledge of negotiation and supplier management;
* Basic understanding of inventory control;
* Proficiency in ERP systems and Microsoft Office (especially Excel).
