Responsibilities: * Participate in the recruitment and selection process for new employees * Assist in onboarding new employees * Maintain and update employee records * Assist with attendance tracking and payroll processing * Contribute to the development of training and development programs * Participate in drafting internal policies and procedures Requirements: * Degree in Administration, Psychology, Human Resources, or related fields * Basic knowledge of labor legislation * Strong communication and interpersonal skills * Ability to work effectively in a team * Organizational skills and attention to detail * Prior HR experience is considered a plus
