Your main responsibilities will include: * Performing general administrative activities for warehouse and Supply Chain operations. + Record fuel allocation adjustments and other internal allocation updates. + Initiate contract requests and monitor their workflow until approval. + Issue purchase orders, track approvals, and ensure accurate system records. + Monitor, organize, and manage active contracts—including expirations, deadlines, renewals, and related performance indicators. + Support preparation of reports, dashboards, and charts for performance metrics. + Organize documents, folders, and internal workflows using sound governance practices. + Conduct follow-ups with internal departments and suppliers when necessary. + Support process structuring, standardization, and continuous improvement initiatives. + Proactively gather required information using available tools and sources. + Apply basic Artificial Intelligence tools to automate simple tasks (e.g., data organization, responses, drafts, insights). + Prepare executive presentations in PowerPoint upon request. For this position, we expect you to have: * Education: Technical course in Administration and/or Bachelor’s degree in Administration, Logistics, Engineering, or related fields * Proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, charts, simple dashboards) * Basic experience using Artificial Intelligence tools for productivity (e.g., ChatGPT, Copilot, Gemini) * Experience organizing documents, files, reports, and workflows * Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, ERP systems, Procurement Processes, and service/material categories * Preferred: Knowledge of or experience with ISO 14001: Environmental Management System (EMS) So, are you ready to embark on this journey?!
