Located in a spacious area in contact with nature in the Graminha neighborhood, which serves as a strong ally in pursuing health and quality of life. **Job Description:** * Support supervision and instruction of students in performing exercises correctly, ensuring proper posture and injury prevention. * Assist in conducting physical and functional assessments. * Keep students motivated during training sessions. * Support monitoring of student progress. * Ensure organization, cleanliness, maintenance, and safety in the strength training room. **Requirements:** * Currently enrolled in upper-level undergraduate studies in Physical Education (Bachelor’s or full teaching degree). **Desirable:** * Prior experience with strength training; * Strong communication skills, empathy, and affinity for working with seniors; * Basic computer skills (WORD, EXCEL); * Knowledge of stretching techniques; * Knowledge of aerobic training. **What is the work environment like?** * Culture that values health, teamwork, and excellence in service. * Friendly and welcoming environment in contact with nature. * Constant challenges and room for technical development. **Work Hours:** 29 hours per week * Monday to Friday, 6:30 AM to 11:30 AM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Compensation:** R$ 600.00 **Benefits:** * Transportation Allowance.
