




Job Summary: Responsible for document screening, organization, digitization, maintenance, and responding to requests, ensuring information compliance and security. Key Highlights: 1. Efficient organization and archiving of physical and digital documents. 2. Management and updating of electronic document management systems. 3. Responding to internal and external requests through archival research. **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Document Screening:** Perform document processing, including removing staples or any other items that may hinder digitization; * **Organization and Archiving:** Classify, tabulate, index, and file physical documents in folders, boxes, and sliding cabinets, maintaining alphabetical, numerical, or chronological order. * **Digital Document Management:** Digitize documents, register them in electronic systems, and update the archival system. * **Maintenance:** Relocate files from active to inactive storage and perform cleaning and physical storage space organization. * **Customer Service:** Respond to internal and external document requests by conducting archival research. * **Compliance:** Follow security, privacy, and secure information disposal procedures. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Must be a Person with Disability (PCD) * Completed high school education. * Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and familiarity with computerized systems. * Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, agility, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
