




Job Summary: The professional will be responsible for document screening, organization, digitization, and maintenance of both physical and digital documents, as well as handling requests and ensuring compliance with procedures. Compliance with information security and privacy **Main Duties and Responsibilities:** * **Document Screening:** Perform document processing, including removing staples or any other items that may hinder digitization; * **Organization and Archiving:** Classify, spreadsheet, index, and file physical documents into folders, boxes, and sliding files, maintaining alphabetical, numerical, or chronological order. * **Digital Document Management:** Digitize documents, register them in electronic systems, and update the archival system. * **Maintenance:** Relocate files from active to inactive storage, and clean and organize the physical storage space. * **Customer Service:** Respond to internal and external document requests by conducting searches within the collection. * **Compliance:** Follow procedures for information security, privacy, and secure disposal. **Requirements and Qualifications:** * Must be a Person with Disability (PCD) * Must have completed high school. * Must possess knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and be comfortable using computerized systems. * Must demonstrate organizational skills, attention to detail, agility, proactivity, and ability to work in a team.
