Job Summary: A professional responsible for managing orders and logistics processes, serving as the liaison between sales, shipping, and transportation to ensure operational organization and standardization. Key Highlights: 1. Order management and shipping release 2. Single point of contact among sales, shipping, and transportation 3. Support in inventory control and process standardization * Receive, analyze, and process orders originating from the commercial department. * Ensure correct order release for picking and shipping. * Act as the single point of contact among Sales, Shipping, and Transportation. * Monitor delivery deadlines and commercial priorities. * Verify logistics documentation (invoices, orders, waybills). * Support physical and system-based inventory control. * Record incidents, discrepancies, and damages. * Contribute to the organization and standardization of logistics processes. Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 5:00 PM; Saturday, 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM Employment Type: Full-time CLT Compensation: R$2\.570,87 per month Benefits: * Meal allowance * Transportation allowance Work Location: On-site
