Job Summary:
Performs electrical services during building installation renovations, preventive and corrective maintenance of electrical systems and equipment, and building automation, in compliance with safety standards.

Perform electrical services during building installation renovations and electrical systems; Perform preventive and corrective electrical installation and maintenance for building installations and equipment; Perform installation and maintenance of electrical control systems and control panels according to specific project requirements; Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on electrical equipment, building automation systems, transformers, circuit breakers, substations, and electrical panels; Install, replace, expand, modify, inspect, exchange, and restore components of electrical networks using appropriate equipment and tools; Operate building automation systems, responding to requests for configuration changes of equipment linked to the system; Conduct repair, inspection, testing, and electrical trials aimed at diagnosing and/or analyzing failures in building systems, using specialized instruments, tools, and equipment, such as: Replacing circuit breakers; substituting components and equipment in electrical panels; Testing control systems and protection systems, including open-connection busbar tests, switch tests, and operation of electrical equipment. Use computer programs and applications in performing tasks; Perform work safely, complying with Occupational Safety regulations and using personal protective equipment (PPE); Prepare electrical sketches, sizing materials, components, and electrical load distribution for new installations and/or renovations; Maintain cleanliness, preservation, and operational status of instruments, equipment, and workplaces, observing the need for special devices and other equipment related to hygiene and process control; Support electromechanical interventions on motor pumps and electric motors, including assembly and disassembly via standardized procedures, performing repairs, cleaning, calibration, and verification of controls and electrical protection; Understand isolation procedures, types of resins and insulating materials, as well as types of conductive materials; Perform other related tasks as required by service needs and higher-level guidance; Provide occasional assistance to any maintenance department requiring team support on an emergency basis.

Compensation: R$1.979,90 – R$2.841,84 per month
