Job Summary: Coordinate continuous improvement and operational excellence projects, focusing on optimizing production processes and managing industrial KPIs. Key Highlights: 1. Requirements: * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Production, Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial), Pharmacy, or related fields * Experience in pharmaceutical industrial environments * Solid knowledge of: * Lean Manufacturing * Six Sigma (Green/Black Belt certification preferred) * Root cause analysis tools * Process mapping * Industrial performance indicators * Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) * Project management experience * Familiarity with quality systems, CAPA, and change control Benefits: Meal allowance of R$ 225.00 On-site meals.
