Professional training through the Industrial Apprenticeship Program The Young Apprentice Program is an initiative that promotes the integration of young people into the labor market by combining theoretical and practical training. Through professional apprenticeship, participants develop technical and behavioral competencies, gain professional experience in a real work environment, and receive training from a partner educational institution. The program contributes to the personal and professional development of young people, preparing\-them for future career opportunities. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive and organize materials, ensuring inventory accuracy. * Control incoming and outgoing items to prevent losses and misplacements. * Pick and dispatch orders to expedite deliveries. * Supply production lines to prevent stoppages. * Apply quality and safety practices to reduce defects. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Be between 18 and 21 years of age; * Be currently enrolled in Elementary or High School, or have already completed High School; * Have no prior formal employment record (first job); * Be available to participate in the Industrial Apprenticeship Program. **Additional Information** **Application Period: from 06/16/2026 to 06/24/2026\.** **Assessment Process: to be conducted in July 2026, on a date to be announced by the Human Resources Department.** Selection will be carried out both internally and externally as follows: * 50% of positions reserved for children of company employees; * 50% of positions open to external applicants.
