General administrative support and document organization The Receptionist serves as the clinic’s consistent point of contact with parents, children, and other visitors—delivering service with courtesy and efficiency. Key responsibilities include providing WhatsApp and in-person reception, creating and confirming appointments, managing patient flow, disseminating relevant information about clinic services, and offering general administrative support. 1\. Greet parents, children, and other visitors courteously, attentively, and empathetically; 2\. Maintain composure and professionalism during peak hours or when handling inquiries and complaints, seeking efficient solutions. 3\. Uphold the clinic’s positive image through appropriate personal presentation and exceptional service; 4\. Schedule, confirm, reschedule, and cancel appointments; 5\. Track patient attendance and absences, reporting this information to the relevant departments; 6\. Receive and forward documents, medical certificates, and other administrative requests; 7\. Organize and keep professionals’ schedules up to date, promptly notifying them of any changes; 8\. Monitor patient flow at the reception area to prevent overcrowding; 9\. Perform administrative tasks such as typing, printing, and photocopying for professionals; 10\. Demonstrate sensitivity and understanding toward the specific needs of children and their parents.
