You will help evolve how we practice design, collaborate, and make decisions. Your role will be critical in elevating the quality of our deliverables, influencing strategies and solutions, and actively contributing to the organization’s design and product culture. This is an impact-driven opportunity where you will work hands-on across all stages of the design process—connecting your decisions to experience and business metrics—and strategically leveraging AI to boost efficiency and quality. **Responsibilities and Duties** Be one of our technical references in Product Design, raising the bar for design deliverables and decisions. Lead and strengthen discovery practices, intentionally selecting methods aligned with outcomes. Co-create with product, technology, and business teams, contributing to well-founded decisions. Influence strategies and solutions through consistent arguments, data, and a systemic perspective. Help structure and evolve design and product processes, rituals, and ways of working. **Requirements and Qualifications** Solid experience in Product Design, with exposure to complex and multidisciplinary contexts. Ability to seamlessly bridge strategic vision and execution with consistency. Strong expertise in discovery (user research, testing, exploration, and hypothesis validation). Experience defining and applying product and UX metrics, using both quantitative and qualitative data in decision-making. Ability to influence decisions through clear, structured, and context-aware communication. Builder mindset with critical thinking, pragmatism, and focus on impact. Practical application of AI in the design process. Excellent communication skills and ability to facilitate discussions and align diverse stakeholders.
