No prior experience is required; however, it will be an advantage if you have previously worked as a telemarketing operator, customer service representative, receptionist, call center operator, customer service analyst, customer support agent, consultant, collections agent, active or passive customer service representative, salesperson, interaction expert, operator, among others. Your Responsibilities (Activities) * Handle customer calls, answering questions and registering requests. * Provide fast and clear solutions, guiding customers step\-by\-step to resolve issues, working across digital channels such as e\-mail, online chat, WhatsApp, voice, and other support methods. * Register all interactions in the company's systems, following scripts, policies, and internal procedures. Mandatory Requirements * Be at least 18 years old. * Have completed high school (secondary education). * Be available to work onsite in Arapiraca. * Be available for part\-time shifts on a 6x1 schedule, during morning, afternoon, or night shifts. Preferred Qualifications (not mandatory) * No prior experience is required; however, it will be a significant advantage if you have previously worked as a telemarketing operator, customer service representative, receptionist, call center operator, customer service analyst, customer support agent, consultant, collections agent, active or passive customer service representative, salesperson, interaction expert, operator, among others. * Experience in customer service, customer support centers (SAC), sales, collections, or reception. * Strong communication skills, clear diction, concise writing, and ability to interact effectively with the public. * Interest in building a career in customer service, sales, retention, collections, and relationship management areas.
