




Job Summary: We are seeking an intern to support routine tasks in the Human Resources (HR) and Corporate Departments, with emphasis on organization, operational task execution, and handling service requests. Opportunity to develop administrative and HR skills. **About the Position** We are looking for an intern to support the routine activities of the Human Resources (HR) and Corporate Departments, focusing on organization, operational task execution, and handling/triaging service requests. The candidate will perform established tasks within the team, ensuring quality, attention to detail, and adherence to deadlines. **Job Description (Responsibilities)** *HR Department Activities* * Recording and tracking medical certificates. * Registering employees’ bank account information. * Supporting hiring processes (reviewing and organizing information/documents). * Issuing vacation notices (supporting the process and maintaining required records). * Issuing/monitoring time sheets. * Issuing SAL forms (according to office procedures). * Supporting maintenance/updating of payroll data in the system (e.g., SSerta, as used internally). * Triaging and receiving service requests (organizing requests and routing them to the responsible person). *Corporate Department Activities* * Registering entities with regulatory agencies (as required by the team). * Assisting in drafting/organizing powers of attorney. * Managing and issuing Digital Certificates. * Triaging and receiving Corporate and Individual Income Tax (IRPF) service requests (organizing and correctly routing requests). **Requirements** * Currently enrolled in: Administration, Accounting Sciences, Human Resources Management, Business Management, or related fields. * Organizational skills to manage high volumes of requests and meet deadlines. * Attention to detail (names, documents, dates, registration information). * Strong written and verbal communication skills for client service and triaging. **Preferred Qualifications** * Experience with administrative, HR, or client service routines (even informal experience). * Familiarity with hiring documents, time sheets, vacation procedures, or Digital Certificates. **Behavioral Profile (What We Seek)** * Organization and discipline for daily routines and follow-up. * Responsibility and confidentiality regarding client and employee data. * Proactivity with sound judgment (performs standard procedures and flags questions appropriately). * Composure under pressure and effective prioritization during busy days. * Meticulousness regarding details, especially deadlines and registrations. **Benefits** * Transportation allowance * Profit-sharing program (PLR) * Life insurance * TotalPass * Birthday day off * Discounts and partnerships: pharmacy, courses, SESC, psychological support, and more **Working Hours** Monday to Friday: 9:00 AM to 3:30 PM (with a 30-minute break) Position Type: Internship Contract Duration: 12 months Compensation: R$1.200,00 per month Work Location: On-site
