This Selection Process aims to fill vacancies for hiring professionals for the positions listed below: **POSITION:** Instructor (Occupational Safety) **EMPLOYMENT TYPE:** Indefinite-term employment contract, in accordance with the Consolidation of Labor Laws (CLT). **BENEFITS:** Services provided at Operational Units, including: dental, psychological, physiotherapy, and nutritional care; transportation allowance (as stipulated by current legislation for those who opt for it); meal and/or food vouchers for positions with a 44-hour weekly workload. SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES **MANDATORY REQUIREMENTS:** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Completed undergraduate degree. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Ministry of Education (MEC), and/or; b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (valid only for up to 180 days following degree completion). Occupational Safety Technician course OR qualification as Occupational Safety Engineer. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. At least one of the following Regulatory Standards (NR) courses OR a Machinery Operation course: NR10, NR20, NR33, NR35, Forklift Operator, Backhoe Loader Operator, or Front-end Loader Operator. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Copy of valid Diploma/Certificate for the course. Proven professional experience in training activities, courses related to occupational safety, and occupational safety regulations. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Evidence must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements; otherwise, submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s declaration containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable), nature of service rendered, and description of activities performed; b) Or copy of the Worker’s Employment Record Book (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position applied for (only if the CTPS entry matches the title required in the Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed during service provision, supplemented by item “b” above if the job title alone is insufficient to prove required experience.
