Develop, monitor, and control budget execution, ensuring alignment between operations and the organization’s financial goals, while integrating production with financial planning in accordance with applicable legal requirements, policies, and guidelines to define appropriate control mechanisms aligned with business strategy. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Develop the annual budget for the business unit and monitor budget execution * Monitor and analyze monthly financial close and variance analysis (actual vs. forecasted P&L), identify deviations, and propose corrective actions * Integrate the production area with the business unit’s financial planning * Coordinate forecasting processes and budget revisions * Control forest and industrial inventory * Lead the administrative-finance team of the business unit * Control and analyze long-term asset advance payments, including proper write-offs upon issuance of invoices and outstanding balances pending settlement * Validate invoices for goods and services, as well as pro-forma invoices for payment * Control and manage direct billing of subcontractors, including corresponding write-offs per contract value * Analyze and validate contractual price adjustments * Supervise billing and accounts payable processes of the unit in coordination with the parent company’s CSC * Lead and coordinate internal processes according to Group standards **Requirements and Qualifications** Completed undergraduate degree (Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, or related fields) ### **Ready to renew the world?** **Hello, nice to meet you!** We are part of Veolia Group, a global leader and reference in environmental solutions.
