Identify and realize new business opportunities The Agency Manager is responsible for leading and executing the agency's strategic planning, designing and implementing necessary actions to maintain and expand the membership base, as well as enhancing business results within the segment. Sustaining the agency's growth in a sustainable manner, with an ongoing commitment to delivering a positive service experience to members. **Responsibilities and Duties** Implement and execute the agency's strategic planning, aligning actions with the Cooperative's objectives and the agency's operational strategy, considering its segmentation: Organize and oversee local development programs. Encourage participation and engagement among members and the community. Establish partnerships with new collaborators and supporters. Participate in project development and monitor all implemented actions; Monitor member satisfaction and service quality via digital channels, self-service platforms, and the accredited network, preparing and analyzing engagement metrics. Promote and influence channel usage according to the relationship model. Propose strategies to improve business results achieved through member relationship channels; Evaluate agency performance using operational and financial reports to identify member behavior patterns, anticipate demands, and support strategic agency decisions; Provide financial guidance to members and other stakeholders, when necessary and/or jointly with Business Managers (GNs), both at the agency premises and during external visits; Identify business opportunities to increase the membership base. Prospect new members and business opportunities by understanding the member's line of business and associated risk level.
