We are seeking an analytical, detail-oriented, and confidential professional to join our HR Department team. The ideal candidate must possess solid knowledge of current labor legislation and operational HR routines, with a focus on process efficiency and employee well-being.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Execute and monitor the full payroll routine.
* Control, calculate, and process vacation grants and employment terminations.
* Submit required events and ensure compliance with **eSocial** guidelines.
* Stay up-to-date and apply labor legislation in daily office operations.
* Operate payroll systems (especially the **Sistema Domínio**) for data entry and report generation.
**Requirements and Qualifications**
* **Education:** Currently pursuing a bachelor's degree in **Accounting Sciences**, **Human Resources**, or related fields (final stage of graduation).
* **Knowledge:** Practical expertise in payroll, vacation, and termination routines, plus in-depth knowledge of eSocial and labor legislation.
* **Systems:** Experience with integrated payroll systems (familiarity with the **Sistema Domínio** is a significant advantage).
* **Behavioral Profile:** Organized, strong interpersonal communication skills, discretion when handling confidential information, and commitment to continuous process improvement.
* **Location:** Maceió \- AL (Jatiúca neighborhood).
* **Work Model:** On-site.
Compensation: R$1\.599,13 \- R$3\.029,50 per month
