PURPOSE OF THE SELECTION PROCESS:** 1\.1\. This selection process aims to select professionals to fill vacancies according to SEST SENAT’s needs. A candidate who declines the position due to the work schedule will be disqualified from the selection process. **Workload:** Hourly **Salary:** R$ 20\.93 **Unit:** Rua Edilson Lins de Araujo Serraria \| Maceió AL \- 57046530 **Job Summary:** Delivers lectures and practical training related to mechanical and electrical maintenance; clarifies students’ questions; researches and studies products and techniques for lesson preparation and course development; supports and guides students on professional conduct, ethics, citizenship, and environmental awareness; evaluates student performance; organizes the workplace; and performs administrative tasks related to courses. **REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS (MANDATORY):** **NOTE:** PROOF OF THE BELOW REQUIREMENTS MAY BE REQUESTED AT ANY TIME. **EDUCATION:** Professional Qualification Course in Mechanical and/or Electrical Technician or related fields; OR one of the following undergraduate degrees: Industrial Automation Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, Maintenance Engineering, Industrial Machinery Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Industrial Automation Technology, Electromechanical Technology, Electrotechnology, Industrial Maintenance Technology, Aeronautical Maintenance Technology, or Mechanical Technology. Proof of required qualifications must be demonstrated via: a) Diploma/Certificate duly issued by an institution recognized by the Brazilian Ministry of Education (MEC); and/or b) Certificate of course completion accompanied by academic transcript, both duly signed and stamped (only valid for up to 180 days after degree completion). **EXPERIENCE:** Proven professional experience in training activities. **PROOF OF EXPERIENCE:** Documentation must explicitly relate to the activities specified in the minimum requirements, otherwise submitted documents will be rejected. Proof of professional experience must be demonstrated via: a) Employer’s letter containing the issuer’s CNPJ, official stamp, and signature, specifying start and end dates (if applicable) and the nature of services rendered, along with a detailed description of performed activities; b) Copy of the Work and Social Security Booklet (CTPS) or screenshot of the digital CTPS, showing identification details and employer registration, explicitly linking the role to the position sought (only if the CTPS entry uses nomenclature consistent with the requirements of this Selection Process); c) Or copy of service provision contract or autonomous service payment receipt (RPA), specifying activities performed, supplemented by item “a” above if the position title alone is insufficient to prove required experience. **SYLLABUS:** **PORTUGUESE LANGUAGE (Common to all positions):** Text comprehension and interpretation.
