We seek a **CASHIER** to **perform activities related to receiving, recording, controlling, and managing the store’s financial transactions, ensuring accuracy in cash processes, customer service, and compliance with internal procedures and legal requirements, thereby contributing to the security and efficiency of the dealership’s financial operations.** If you are an agile individual who delights customers and values excellence in results, join our ***team***! ***We are Grupo NewChase, and we grow together!*** **Responsibilities and Duties** * Receive cash, card, and check payments, verifying proposals, purchase orders, or service orders to bill vehicles, parts, services, and accessories purchased by customers. * Provide courteous and effective customer service, adhering to the Group’s conduct and service policies, ensuring transparency in financial reporting. * Bill vehicles, parts, accessories, and services, posting paid amounts in corporate systems to ensure data integrity and alignment with negotiations conducted by the sales or after-sales departments. * Verify compliance of fiscal documents and financial data prior to billing to prevent inconsistencies. * Prepare cash bags containing cash and checks for bank deposit, delivering them to External Services Assistants to ensure timely deposits and maintain the unit’s cash flow. * Issue receipts, control cash withdrawals, change funds, and internal cash movements, following company security protocols and internal controls. * Reconcile customer bank deposits and perform daily bank reconciliation, cross-referencing corporate system data with bank statements to ensure proper tracking of receivables. **Requirements and Qualifications** **You must have:** * Completed high school education. * Prior experience in cashier duties, customer service, or financial activities. * Experience handling cash, card payments, and basic reconciliations. * Basic to intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office. * Automotive industry experience is a plus.
