Join us!** **Responsibilities and Tasks for This Role** * Coordinate legal approval processes for developments with public agencies and utility concessionaires. * Manage licenses and permits, including: o Construction permit o Environmental license (LP, LI, LO, where applicable) o Approval of legal projects o Certificate of Occupancy / Completion Certificate * Monitor real estate development registration processes (Law No. 4,591/64). * Ensure proper registration of the development memorandum and related notarial endorsements at the real estate registry office. * Coordinate post-construction legalization (Certificate of Occupancy, INSS Clearance Certificate, registration of construction). * Liaise with notary offices, municipal governments, secretariats, environmental agencies, and utility concessionaires (water, electricity, gas). * Monitor critical legalization deadlines impacting physical-financial schedules and sales. * Collaborate closely with Engineering, New Business, Legal, Commercial, and Finance teams. * Identify legal, urban planning, and documentary risks in developments. * Standardize legalization processes, documents, and workflows. * Manage external consultants (expediter agents, technical firms, and legal offices). * Prepare legalization status reports for senior management. **Job Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Urban Planning, Civil Engineering, or related fields. * Proven experience in real estate development legalization and/or civil construction. * Knowledge of: o Urban and building legislation o Legal project approval process o Real estate development registration o Real estate and notarial registration * Familiarity with applicable municipal, state, and federal legislation. * Experience handling multiple projects simultaneously is desirable. * Postgraduate studies in Real Estate Law, Development Registration, Urban Planning, or Project Management are desirable.
