Your main responsibilities and duties include: **Customer Service and Sales** * Greet and proactively approach customers with friendliness and energy, building rapport and understanding their needs. * Conduct consultative sales by presenting products in a personalized manner and promoting memorable experiences. * Encourage higher average transaction value through suggestions of product combinations, promotions, and new arrivals. * Introduce and register customers in the loyalty program **KopClub**, encouraging engagement and repeat visits. * Operate the cash register responsibly, processing transactions via cash, card, and Pix. **Store Organization and Operations** * Maintain an organized and inviting store: display windows, counters, staff kitchen, stockroom, and equipment must meet Kopenhagen’s exact standards. * Ensure cleanliness of customer service areas and staff kitchen, complying with Sanitary Surveillance regulations. * Monitor product expiration dates, restocking, and organization using spreadsheets and labels for recordkeeping. * Participate in daily store opening and closing routines, including cash reconciliation and cash report generation. **Café Operations** * Prepare coffees, milkshakes, desserts, and other café items according to brand standards. * Support order assembly, ensuring presentation quality and consistency in every delivery. * Guarantee efficiency and courtesy during in-store consumption. **Results and Experience** * Focus on sales targets, customer experience, and service excellence. * Anticipate customer needs, propose solutions, and ensure every customer leaves the store delighted. * Contribute to smooth, collaborative, high-performance operations. **Requirements and Qualifications** We seek a professional aligned with our purpose and possessing the following qualifications: * **Organizational Values:** **Discipline**, which strengthens us; **Security**, in every action; **Gratitude**, which connects us; **Vibration**, which inspires. * **Technical Skills:** Strong verbal communication, professional demeanor, and genuine friendliness in customer interactions, building authentic connections with every customer. * **Behavioral Skills:** Dynamic, engaged, and prepared for the pace of shopping mall operations, maintaining discipline and focus on results. * **Knowledge:** Interest in learning consultative sales techniques and contributing to team growth.
