




Job Summary: Professional responsible for handling and resolving connectivity-related tickets, diagnosing network issues, installing and maintaining equipment, monitoring networks, and providing user support. Opportunity for IT students or graduates **RESPONSIBILITIES:** Handling and resolving connectivity-related tickets (LAN, Wi\-Fi, VPN, internet). Diagnosing and resolving network issues (IP, DNS, cabling, printers). Installing and performing basic maintenance on networking equipment (routers, switches, access points). Monitoring networks and supporting users. Logging and documenting tickets and procedures. **REQUIREMENTS:** Currently enrolled in or graduated from a technical or undergraduate program in Computer Networking, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related fields. Knowledge of networking (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and structured cabling.
