




Job Summary: This professional will provide technical support to users for hardware and software, deliver training sessions, perform system and IT equipment maintenance. Key Highlights: 1. End-user technical support (hardware and software) 2. System training and maintenance 3. IT equipment management and logistics * Provide end-user support regarding hardware and software; * Deliver training sessions; * Identify issues and assist in software correction and maintenance; * Assemble desktop computers; * Monitor backup routines; * Perform basic printer maintenance, including printer assembly and requesting toner and cartridge refills/replacements; * Support logistics for microcomputer equipment and related components in general. * Provide maintenance support and assist the IT department; * Support SIL department activities as requested.
