Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Receptionist with a sales-oriented profile for a dental clinic, responsible for customer service, appointment scheduling, sales conversion, and administrative tasks. Organizing and paying attention to details in administrative workflows We are looking for a Commercial Receptionist to join the team of a dental clinic located in Maceió/AL. The position is a permanent CLT contract with a salary of R$ 1.620 + benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday, from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturdays from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. **Responsibilities:** * In-person, WhatsApp, and telephone customer service; * Scheduling and confirming appointments; * Actively converting customer interactions into sales; * Promptly resolving daily problems and requests; * Cash register opening and closing; * Data entry and controls in Excel; * Organizing information, contracts, and administrative workflows; * Supporting administrative routines of the unit; * Clinic opening and closing. **Requirements:** * Sales/commercial profile with a results-oriented mindset; * Strong communication skills, clarity, and professional demeanor; * Problem-solving ability; * Organizational skills, responsibility, and attention to detail; * Proficiency with technology and systems; * Basic to intermediate Excel knowledge; * Cash register operation (opening/closing); **Preferred Qualifications:** * Experience in clinics or customer service; * Familiarity with performance targets and metrics; * Strong written communication skills for digital customer service. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Dental plan.
