Position: Store Sales Representative * Sell products and services. * Perform post-sales activities and customer retention. * Guide customers on product and service usage. * Inform customers about rules and contractual terms of products and services; provide post-sales support: plan and service adjustments, device upgrades, customer retention, and relationship management. * Achieve sales, revenue, and service quality targets; * Maintain personal presentation: appearance, hygiene, and uniform; * Ensure quality of executed processes; follow customer service and relationship guidelines as directed by the Company. * Complete assigned training programs on time and to a high standard. Requirements: * Completed high school education. * Experience as a Store Sales Representative. Preferred Qualification: Currently pursuing or completed undergraduate degree. Experience in the Telecommunications sector. Skills: Focus on achieving targets.
