Be part of a team that believes in human development We seek a professional to join our People \& Management team, supporting the development of our employees through training programs, engagement initiatives, and strengthening Carajás culture. If you enjoy working with people, learning, and driving business results, this opportunity is for you! ### **Key Responsibilities** * Identify knowledge and skill gaps through surveys, interviews, and performance analysis; * Support the development of in-person and online training programs using active learning methodologies; * Manage training logistics, ensuring quality, organization, and engagement; * Monitor training effectiveness indicators and outcomes; * Update and maintain training management systems (LMS), participation records, and evaluations; * Support culture, engagement, and continuous improvement initiatives; * Attend events, courses, and workshops for technical updating. ### **Requirements** * Bachelor’s degree completed in Psychology, Pedagogy, Human Resources, or related fields; * Knowledge of active learning methodologies; * Familiarity with LMS (Learning Management Systems); * Experience in designing and applying training evaluations; * Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and design tools (Canva, Photoshop, or similar); * Knowledge of labor legislation. ### **What We Offer** * Collaborative and growing work environment * Opportunities for learning and development * Market-competitive benefits * The chance to join a company that values people and results Join us and become part of a team that believes in the power of human development to transform businesses.
