Are you a Civil Engineer, in the final semesters of an Engineering program, or do you hold a technical qualification in Building Construction? Do you have prior experience in construction works, engineering projects, and planning? Are you proficient in reading and interpreting executive drawings and descriptive specifications? Do you have expertise in tools such as Excel, MS Project, or similar software? Do you possess knowledge of cost control, quantity surveying, and physical\-financial monitoring? What are the routine responsibilities of the Engineering Analyst? * Review and update physical and physical\-financial schedules; * Monitor construction progress, analyzing productivity, deviations, and bottlenecks; * Prepare quantity surveys and management reports; * Analyze bill-of-quantities, scopes, executive drawings, and descriptive specifications; * Provide technical support to project, construction, planning, and procurement teams; * Participate in alignment meetings with suppliers and internal teams; * Support the implementation and maintenance of engineering best practices and continuous improvement; What do we offer the Engineering Analyst?
