All selection processes conducted by **MOVIDA** are affirmative, inclusive, and non-discriminatory. **Responsibilities and Duties** * Responsible for fleet management and logistical control of leased vehicles. * Monitor the fleet assigned to branches under their responsibility; * Track each employee’s KPIs through evaluations and feedback, supporting individual development according to specific needs; * Arrange vehicle dispatch to authorized and approved dealerships / workshops registered by the fleet department; * Follow up with estimators to ensure approvals occur as quickly as possible; * Establish new supplier relationships to reduce costs and improve quality; * Ensure proper fleet preservation; * Create service orders in the system, record expenses, verify invoices against estimates, and forward invoices directly to Accounts Payable; * Coordinate and support fleet operations, managing driver logistics to improve vehicle availability and performance metrics; * Obtain cost estimates for corrective maintenance services related to incidents involving customers. **Requirements and Qualifications** * Completed high school education; * Valid and permanent Brazilian driver’s license (Category B); * Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite; * Mechanical knowledge (mandatory). **Additional Information** We offer the traditional benefits you already know—and go beyond them.
