Job Summary: We are seeking a Commercial Consultant for a dental clinic, responsible for welcoming patients, managing the sales process, and negotiating treatment plans. Key Highlights: 1. Conduct negotiations and finalize budgets We are looking for a Commercial Consultant to join the team of a dental clinic located in the Mangabeiras neighborhood, Maceió/AL. This is a permanent CLT position with a salary of R$ 1.900 + benefits. Working hours are Monday to Friday from 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM, and Saturday from 8:00 AM to 12:00 PM. This position is affirmative action for women. **Responsibilities:** * Execute the sales script and sales process; * Welcome new patients, understand and identify customer needs and desires, and assist them to ensure full satisfaction during the initial sales process; * Accompany the customer throughout the evaluation process; * Guide the evaluating dentist during budget preparation; * Request technical information from the evaluating dentist regarding the treatment plan; * Present the budget and clarify in detail the service being sold; * Conduct negotiations and finalize budgets; * Contact customers who have already undergone evaluation to close the treatment or contract; * Promote offers, campaigns, and services via telephone. **Requirements:** * Completed high school education; * Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word and Excel); * Strong communication skills; * Negotiation skills; * Proactivity and results orientation; * Sales experience. **Benefits:** * Transportation allowance; * Commission; * Discounts on services.
