HR Department professional to manage payroll, legal obligations, benefits, hiring, terminations, and monitor labor legislation, acting as a focal point and proactively preventing labor conflicts.

Education:
* Bachelor's degree in Accounting Sciences or related fields.
Training:
* Training on system procedures relevant to the position.
Experience:
* Minimum of 1 year of proven experience in the Human Resources Department;
* Experience in the **civil construction sector (preferred).**
Knowledge:
* Labor legislation (Consolidation of Labor Laws – CLT)
* eSocial, SEFIP, Digital FGTS
* Labor calculations
* Payroll systems
* Intermediate/advanced Excel
* Familiarity with Domínio, RHID, and SOCnet systems (preferred)
* Prepare payroll according to site attendance records, legal, labor, and social security obligations stipulated in the collective bargaining agreement, ensuring timely compliance and employee satisfaction;
* Submit e\-social information via the official portal, considering occupational safety requirements;
* Prepare FGTS contributions and DIRF reports to ensure compliance with current legislation;
* Coordinate the compensation and benefits program based on the collective agreement and internal procedures, focusing on improving internal morale and employee retention;
* Monitor employees on leave due to benefits and reintegrate them upon medical clearance;
* Update active employee records to ensure availability of data for transfers, planning, and internal promotions;
* Perform monthly payroll closing with managerial reports;
* Support internal and external audits by providing data and reports;
* Monitor changes in labor and social security legislation and propose necessary adjustments;
* Configure and maintain the payroll system up to date;
* Develop payroll indicators (personnel cost, absenteeism, overtime, turnover);
* Ensure compliance in processes such as eSocial, Digital FGTS, etc.;
* Perform reconciliations (payroll vs. accounting, vacation and 13th salary provisions);
* Coordinate new employee onboarding: receipt of personal documentation, verification of academic credentials and prior work experience, control of admission medical exams to ensure compliance with internal hiring policies;
* Coordinate employee termination: schedule separation per immediate supervisor’s request, set termination date per internal regulations, verify legal restrictions; prepare termination documents and homologation per responsible authorities;
* Schedule vacations in coordination with team leaders, meeting statutory deadlines while aligning with operational demand planning;
* Monitor periodic medical exams by job function and expiration dates to ensure compliance with legal obligations and prevent occupational diseases;
* Plan mandatory training programs according to specific needs, aiming to develop employees and ensure compliance with regulatory standards. Communicative, organized, skilled in interpersonal relationships and demand management;
* Monitor labor litigation processes, tracking and recording legal demands to ensure fulfillment of obligations and prevent new labor claims;
* Monitor workplace accidents when they occur and provide required information;
* Conduct monthly visits to construction sites together with HR;
* Serve as the primary contact point for HR Department services (in-person and remote);
* Proactively address simple labor disputes.
