We are seeking a talented professional for the position of Junior Administrative Analyst. **Let’s transform collaboration into results—together?** **Responsibilities and Duties** Activities to be performed: * Manage the company’s vehicle fleet operationally, administratively, and financially—ensuring asset availability, operational safety, legal and regulatory compliance, cost control and optimization, as well as operational efficiency—while supporting user departments and assisting in managerial decision-making. **Requirements and Qualifications** **Education Level:** Completed undergraduate degree. **Required Field of Study:** Completed undergraduate degree in Administration, Mechanical Engineering, Logistics, or related fields. **Desirable Courses:** Fleet Management. **Mandatory Knowledge:** * Vehicle maintenance management; * Cost and budget control; * Intermediate-to-advanced Excel (spreadsheets, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables); * Performance indicator (KPI) analysis and monitoring. **Desirable Knowledge:** * Fleet management systems (SAP, TOTVS, Sankhya, Fleet, Webfleet, Sascar, Omnilink, among others); * Telematics and vehicle tracking; * Power BI or other Business Intelligence tools; * Management of fleet leasing and outsourcing contracts. **Additional Information** **Why apply:** By joining Grupo Equatorial, you become part of an expanding company with a culture that values continuous development, talent diversity, and commitment to the future.
