You will serve as the critical link between the client and delivery, responsible for ensuring scope adherence, milestone achievement, and maximizing the use of our proprietary ATS (Applicant Tracking System) to guarantee process efficiency and quality. **Key Responsibilities** **Focus Area** **Activity Description** **Scope and Schedule Management** Lead the planning, execution, and monitoring of multiple simultaneous R&S projects, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within the agreed scope. **Client (Stakeholder) Management** Act as the primary client contact, facilitating kick-off meetings, aligning expectations, and delivering clear, analytical progress and performance reports. **ATS Optimization and Usage** Serve as the power user of our proprietary ATS. This includes technical configuration of selection workflows, form creation, data management, and performance report generation. **Quality Control and Risk Management** Proactively identify scope deviations, operational bottlenecks, and project risks, developing and implementing mitigation plans to maintain delivery continuity. **Data Analysis and Metrics** Monitor and analyze key project performance indicators (KPIs) (e.g., Time to Hire, Conversion Rates), using ATS data to generate insights and continuously optimize processes. **Requirements** **Essential Requirements** * Minimum 3 years of proven experience in Project Management (not necessarily in HR), with a focus on services or system implementation. \-Proficiency in Project Management methodologies (e.g., Waterfall, Agile — Scrum/Kanban). * Practical, hands-on experience configuring and using management systems (ATS, CRM, ERP, or Project Management tools such as Trello, Asana, Jira). * Strong Client Management and executive communication skills. * Analytical, data-driven mindset, capable of transforming data into actionable insights and clear reports. * Completed undergraduate degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Technology, Project Management, or related fields. **Preferred Qualifications (What We Value)** * Prior experience with ATS or Recruitment and Selection systems. * Knowledge of SQL or BI tools for data analysis. **Benefits** * Flexible working hours * Meal allowance **Organization’s Mission** Changing the world by helping people do what they love. **About the Organization** We are Brazil’s leading recruitment and employer branding platform for internship, trainee, and operational job opportunities.
