Job Summary: A professional responsible for preparing plastic surfaces through manual and electric sanding to ensure quality and production flow. Key Responsibilities: 1. Plastic surface preparation and finishing 2. Basic maintenance of sanding equipment 3. Quality control and production recordkeeping * Ensure the work area is clean, organized, and free of obstacles for a safe and efficient workflow; * Ensure the surface is smooth and uniform, preparing it for the painting stage; * Identify and separate parts exhibiting defects that cannot be resolved by sanding; * Report any defects, machine malfunctions, material shortages, or process anomalies to the supervisor; * Turn on the electric sander and adjust its speed according to material requirements; * Clean parts after sanding to remove excess dust; * Perform basic maintenance on sanding equipment, such as replacing sandpaper or cleaning; * Perform manual sanding on part surfaces to remove scratches and imperfections; * Receive plastic parts from equipment for sanding, verifying quantity and initial condition; * Record work volume completed, reporting the number of sanded and forwarded parts; * Select the correct sandpaper and other necessary supplies for the task; * Sort sanded and prepared parts, organizing them for transfer to the painting department. * Transport materials and products from one location to another using carts, pallet jacks, or other equipment. **Work Schedule:** Monday to Thursday, 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM; Friday, 7:00 AM to 4:00 PM **Benefits:** Psychological Support; Pharmacy Partnership; Meal Voucher (R$23.27/DAY); Food Allowance (R$139.50/MONTH); Profit Sharing Program (PPR); University Partnerships; Health Insurance; Dental Insurance; Transportation Allowance; Life Insurance; Well-being and Health Program, WellHub (Gympass).
